Meet the Founder

Dealing with fear, anxiety, shame, challenging relationships, grief, and motherhood, Sonni Pitts, the heart behind Heart and Home Community Inc., felt a strong need for healing for herself and her community. She understood how important it was to go on a journey toward wholeness—not just for herself, but for anyone dealing with similar struggles. Drawing on King Solomon’s wisdom in Proverbs 4:23, she understood the importance of taking care of our inner selves, “for everything we do flows” from that space. Our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs shape our actions.

Heart and Home Community Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, fostering healing through community and education.
